NEET Super Specialty 2023 Exam Postponed Due to G20 Summit
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences announced in a recent notice that the NEET Super specialty exam, initially scheduled for the 9th and 10th of September, will be rescheduled to other dates, which NEB will announce soon.

NEB Announcement : NEET SS 2023 Postponed
“Because of the upcoming 18th G20 Summit scheduled to be held in New Delhi on 9th and 10th September, the NEET Super specialty exam 2023 has been deferred. This step has been taken by considering the travel restrictions during the G20 summit”, announced the NEB.
NEET SS exam is a CBT (computer-based test) with a duration of 2.5 hours. The question paper will have a total of 150 questions.

Courses offered through NEET SS 2023: NEET SS Exam Updates
NEET SS 2023 exam is for those who aim to take super specialty medical courses for the 2023-24 session. NEET SS Exam 2023 score will be helpful for admission to DM and MCH courses across India, including private medical colleges, medical universities, and deemed universities.
Armed Force Medical Service Institutions accept the NEET SS exam score for all the DM and DrNB courses. However, this will not be applicable for 6-year DrNB courses.
NEET SS Exam Dates: NEET SS 2023 Counselling Updates
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) will conduct combined counselling for all the super specialty courses in various colleges.
Tentatively, NEET SS 2023 Counselling will be organized in the middle or end of October 2023. However, nothing can be said firmly because NEET SS 2023 has been postponed, and the official schedule for exam dates and counselling is yet to come.

Ans: The NEET SS 2023 Exam will be organized in two shifts on exam days. The duration of the exam will be 2.5 hours, and the question paper will be 400 marks.

Ans: Yes, a negative marking of ¼ of the total marks of a question (-1 mark) will be there. In case of a correct response, you’ll get four marks.
